Al-Waee and Al-Mowasat Charity Association participated in the launch ceremony of the new humanitarian aid provided to Lebanon under the slogan "Once again... Turkey stands with Lebanon", which includes the distribution of 280 tons of meat to benefit around 140,000 families across various Lebanese regions, as part of joint efforts to enhance food security and support the most in-need families.

The ceremony was held in the presence of His Excellency the Minister of Economy and Trade, Mr. Amer Al-Bisat, the Head of the High Relief Commission, representatives from the Turkish Embassy, the President of the Turkish Sadakatasi Association, Mr. Kemal Özal, and the President of the Palestine Support Platform in Turkey and former Chairman of the AK Party in Istanbul, Mr. Osman Nuri, along with political and social figures and representatives of Lebanese and Turkish associations.

Representing the Association on the occasion were the President of the Association, Haj Fadi Basbous, the Director General, Dr. Imad Saeed, the Executive Director, Mr. Mohammad Yahya, and the Mukhtar of Ketermaya town, Mr. Adnan Saad.

The Association's participation comes as an affirmation of the importance of humanitarian partnerships in supporting Lebanese families, and a continuation of its mission to contribute to delivering aid to those who deserve it, thereby enhancing stability and food security for the most vulnerable groups.
