As part of enhancing municipal work capacities, the Al-Wa'i and Al-Mawasat Charitable Association, in cooperation with the Rasad Center for Studies and Development, held a specialized training workshop entitled "Strategic Planning in Municipal Work," with the participation of the municipalities of Dalhoun, Al-Wardaniyah, Al-Mughairiyah, and Siblin.

The workshop began with a speech by Mr. Mohammad Yahya, Executive Director of the Association, in which he emphasized the role of developing municipal work in achieving more sustainable local development. This was followed by an intervention by Dr. Imad Al-Saeed, Head of the Rasad Center, who stressed that strategic planning represents an essential foundation for drawing effective policies and formulating a clear vision for municipal management, calling for expanding this experience to cover various villages of the Iqlim Al-Kharroub region.

The training sessions were delivered by Dr. Imad Seif Eddine, who led the participants through interactive discussions addressing current challenges, alongside presenting practical steps for building integrated strategic plans.

The workshop concluded with the distribution of certificates of participation to the participating municipal council members, in appreciation of their commitment and efforts in developing their professional and administrative performance.
