The Administrative Board of the Awareness and Care Association (ACA) held an emergency meeting with the participation of the Disaster and Crisis Management Committee, in light of the rapid security developments in Lebanon.

During the meeting, readiness was raised to the maximum level to stand by those affected and displaced, while emphasizing the activation of the pre-established emergency plan and updating its priorities according to recent developments.

In this context, the Association is launching the humanitarian response plan to shelter the displaced in cooperation with official authorities and municipalities. This includes providing mattresses and blankets, food parcels, hygiene kits, as well as hot meals for those affected.
