In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

With hearts believing in Allah’s decree and destiny, the Awareness and Compassion Charity Association mourns Engineer Abdul Nasser Serhal, former Mayor of Dariya, who has passed away, asking God Almighty to cover him with His vast mercy and forgiveness, and to grant him a place in His spacious gardens.

As the Association extends its deepest condolences and sincere sympathy to his honorable family and the people of Dariya, we ask God to grant them patience and solace, and to reward the deceased with the best reward for all he offered in service to his town and community.

Indeed, to Allah we belong and to Him we shall return.
